Lemon Biscuits





350gr plain flour
100gr self raising flour
zest of 3 lemons
125gr granulated sugar
125gr butter
125gr golden syrup
1 egg

Mix the flours, sugar and zest. Rub in the butter.
In a separate bowl mix the syrup and egg, add to the rest.
Form a dough and chill.
Roll, cut out and oven at 170' for 10minutes.
