Blueberry Crumble Muffins Recipe


Muffin dough:


250gr sugar

600gr flour

20gr baking powder

4 eggs

370gr creme fraiche

250gr melted butter

250gr blueberries

Mix all wet, add to dry, fold in blueberries. Fill cases, top with blueberries&crumble et voila!


Crumble topping:

50gr cold butter

50gr sugar

50gr ground almonds

50gr flour

Turn into a sandy consistency using your fingertips then store in fridge until needed.
